NorCal Build Brothers offers full-service general construction and project management, providing complete oversight from planning through completion. Our work includes new residential construction, additions and expansions, tenant improvements, and full jobsite coordination with trusted subcontractors to keep projects efficient and on track.
We specialize in residential and light commercial remodeling, including kitchen and bathroom remodels, whole-home renovations, interior and exterior upgrades, and structural modifications completed with proper plans and engineering when required.
Our services also include framing and structural work such as rough and finish carpentry, framing for additions and remodels, structural repairs and upgrades, and deck and patio construction. Exterior construction services cover siding installation and repair, window and door replacement, coordinated roofing projects, and quality exterior finishes.
Interior improvements range from drywall and flooring including tile, hardwood, and laminate to interior and exterior painting, trim, doors, cabinets, and detailed finish carpentry. We also handle specialty multi-trade projects such as ADUs, garage conversions, and fire and water damage restoration, delivering complete solutions for complex builds.

Founded in Chico, California, our company was built by two young men with a shared vision: to create a lasting business rooted in hard work, integrity, and pride in craftsmanship. Raised around the construction trade, we come from generations of hands-on experience and learned early the value of doing things the right way, not the easy way.
With years spent gaining real-world experience on job sites and completing successful projects through word-of-mouth referrals, we took the next step and officially formed our company, earning our contractor’s license with a clear purpose. We are building more than structures. We are building our future, our reputation, and a company our community can trust. Every project is approached with attention to detail, honest communication, and a commitment to quality that reflects both our upbringing and our ambition to grow.
